Nawfel M. Oussedik
Nawfel is a tech and wellness obsessive who got into cryotherapy back in 2015, when almost nobody in Asia knew what a cryo chamber was. That year he opened Polaris Wellness in Hong Kong — the city's first whole-body cryotherapy studio. Running it meant doing everything himself: buying the machines, breaking them, fixing them, and putting thousands of clients through sessions. Two years of that taught him more about cryo equipment than any brochure ever could, so in 2016 he started CryoChambers.com to share what he'd learned.
These days he spends most of his time helping other people buy the right chamber — clinics, gyms, athletes, wellness studios, and a fair number of private buyers who just want one at home. He talks to manufacturers directly, sees the machines in person when he can, and writes the reviews on this site himself. No ghostwriters, no rewritten spec sheets.
Cryo isn't his only project. He also co-founded Web Rocket, a digital agency that helps wellness professionals market themselves and grow sales, and more recently RobinsonCamp, a camp and programme that teaches kids technology through physical games. Different audiences, same thread: tech and wellness, built hands-on.
The reason CryoChambers.com exists is pretty simple: cryo equipment is expensive and the marketing around it is often nonsense. Someone has to call it straight.
